Please indicate if there is a national response agency which can provide data on libraries in case of natural or manmade disasters.
Also include their telephone number and contact email.
Does a national emergency plan exist? Please include a weblink if possible, or else describe.

Do public and/or private digitisation partnerships exist? Please specify.
